Designed by process engineers for process engineers, this system regulates voltage to eliminate guesswork and allow you to operate consistently high on the curve.

A complete closed-loop-control system, the NLE Voltage Controller brings simplicity to reactive plasma processes with rapid, accurate, and stable deposition. The system measures voltage signals and adjusts the set point throughout the life of the target. Even during heavy arcing events, steadfast voltage control maintains film stoichiometry for the most uniform film property results. In addition, your process will become more efficient, reducing incoming power requirements as well as cathode and substrate temperatures—helping to avoid both damage to the target and to the magnets.

Engineered for easy installation, configuration, and operation, the NLE Voltage Controller has an intuitive, touch-screen management interface. A Profibus or DeviceNet® communication interface also comes standard for remote control and custom data logging capabilities.
